Shipping Policy
ASATO LLC ships orders from our facility in Colorado, USA, to customers throughout the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

ASATO LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control, though we’ll do our best to help resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some categories, such as certain appliances or final-sale decor items, may have different return eligibility, which will be noted on the individual product page.

Order Cancellations
